A week off work?

It has been a long summer! That is putting it in a nutshell for you! I have been working my butt off and not requested any significant time off. So I actually got some PTO and am taking a week off before school starts! It has been amazing so far. It has been so nice to relax and spend some times with friends that I haven't had a chance to see in a long time. Also, since I got my financial aide, I was able to have extra money to do some things that I have  been putting off for a very long time. Don't let people fool you, money does make things easier, and therefore happier. Haha. No really. Obviously there is more to happiness than money, but it definitely makes life easier and less stressful! Wish it was always like this! But I need to be good and save! I had my shopping spree with Beth on Saturday. I still have a few more errands to run, but it feels good to be so productive! I have been on the go since my vacation started! But it is a better on the go then just working, that is for sure!

Did I mention that I am getting a massage tomorrow? Because it will be phenomenal.

Honestly, I am really excited for school to be starting. I will be going and getting the books that I need for my classes tomorrow. Besides that, I am pretty much ready! I got some supplies today and already got new clothes. I am such a dork and put it all together tonight. I feel like I am still in elementary school! (I will be again soon!! yay!) I went today to go get another background check for my internship. I know that they don't want creeps in the schools, but seriously. So much!! But it was fun to go down to the district office. It made me feel so old! But excited to start my new career. Is it graduation yet? 21 more months to go for that... not like I am counting or anything... haha

I just finished watching Mr. Holland's Opus. What a fantastic movie. It makes me miss playing my flute a lot. I am also obsessed with the song Someone to Watch Over Me. Love Love Love. (Click on the song title to listen to it if you haven't heard it before.)

I feel like I should have a lot more to write about. But I can't think of anything really that significant to put in here. That may mean I am boring, but that isn't always a bad thing, trust me!

Well it is getting late and I would like to have another productive day tomorrow! Here's to the last 2 days of summer! :)
